Screw-Tek Limited (STL) has been in operation for 13 years. The company was incorporated on February 09, 2008 by Rishi and Chandra Mathai and is an owner operated, Trinidadian Company.
Its main office is located at #792 Papourie Road, Lower Barrackpore. As the name
suggests, STL’s primary business is the wholesale supply of screws, bolts, nuts, tools and other fastening products for industrial and commercial use.
All of our products are imported directly from manufacturers who are known for their quality products. STL has also been able to create its own branded “STL” products such as rawl bolts and screws.
Sales of these “STL” products comprise approximately 95% of total product sales,
affirming their impact on the market as well as their quality standards. With over 10,000 individual items of varying grades and sizes.
STL is a company with very humble beginnings. From a small one office operation, staffed by the Directors, STL now has on staff 30 full-time employees, a fleet of 40 vehicles and is a name well known throughout Trinidad and Tobago and even has its own “STL & STF” brand of products.
The Company also now owns 3 of its own building which boasts approximately 7,500 sq ft of office space and 900,000 sq ft of warehousing space.
All this the Directors were able to achieve in over 10 years through hard work, quality products and excellent service.
At present, STL controls about 85% of the market for industrial fastening products, although this has not been scientifically verified.
